It has literally never been easier than ever to make video games now. There's AAA games that use point & click propiertary engines like UDK with its blueprints. In fact I'm going to argue that if you were simply in it for making video games, then you would've wasted your time learning C++ 20 years ago, because it's not a skill that is not needed anymore if you just want to work on video game slop.

ok the actual cool perks are that I have maxed out my PTO accrual rate and I can take 1 day off every 2 weeks
