They took a flashy and over-the-top character and made her brown, gray and dull. Only energy Nu-Lara games have is "what if my wife is watching" energy.

I feel like every single cutscene with her feels exactly like the last one. The game won't stop beating you over the head about her traits and goals to the point it feels pedantic.

mediocre games that can't get anything right. even when she finally uses her dual pistols at the end of one game, shes back to being a bumbling loser at the start of the next. she's supposed to be a badass sociopathic thief
I don't get the hate either. She looks fine to me. And the games are solid 7/10, with different flavors. 2 and 1 are more action oriented and the third leans into exploration and tombs more. The people that hate these games are nostalgia blinded boomers who make onions faces when they can play Lara with tank controls and shitty camera.

Her games represent everything that is wrong with modern vidya, I just couldn't stand them.
HOWEVER, I think she's super hot, but in a "needs to be raped by a pack of wolves" way. There's just something infinitely addictive in seeing her suffer, I blame the devs for pushing her ryona down our throat.
