Tarkov has a PVE mode and even the modded single player version. So for that reason it wins by default in my book.
The game is also a lot deeper than Arc Raiders I think. However Arc does seem fun, but I won't do PVP shit with cheaters and shit.

Tarkov's developers are genuinely criminally incompetent. While employees at Arc Raider's Embark shipped some of the best shooters of all time (BF1942, BF2, BFBC1 and 2, BF3, Mirror's Edge, and more)

It gives you different tiers of chambering and reload animations on some weapons and allows you to stay in ADS while reloading.
1.0 will be the "absolutely fuck all" update thoughbeit, we will not be seeing like half of the stuff we were promised except MAYBE in the DLCs which they will most likely find a way to exclude the EoD owners from again.

I would just remove it entirely and give like half the stats it would normally give to everyone. Right now the skill system really only benefits the kind of people that autistically grind this game for 16 hours a day and fucks everyone else. It also doesn't help that every single wipe someone finds out a way to grind strength via exploit and if you don't do it you're just 100% at a disadvantage compared to everyone else.

As cool as doing stupid shit like filling your backpacks full of garbage ammo and full sprinting around for 10 raids straight is I play this game to shoot people not grind pointless skills (because if you don't you're literally at a disadvantage)

I just think it's dumb that someone that spends hours grinding skills and not actually playing the game gets an advantage over someone that ignores the skills and just plays for fun. Besides every retard clipping through the map and running in place until the raid timer goes out is one less person I have a chance of getting into a fight with and I only play this game for the PvP.

Hunt Showdown

Tarkov is fundamentally broken game with tons and tons of complete nonsense design decision and one of the shittiest audio and net code in FPS history, its unfathomable this game is so popular.
ARC Raiders needs time, its a 'streamer game' - its good sum of good parts, but for me it needs alot more than just 'collect four' with some extra steps. I enjoyed it tho.

yeah that's the main downside if you host everything on one computer, i usually get pretty bad fps drops. there's a script for fika that lets you host most of the client-side heavy mods like SAIN on a different pc as a dedicated headless client. i haven't set it up but i have an old pc build that i was going to use for that, apparently it works super well.
