Bought the game long time ago and reached some snowy area then stopped playing. It didn't even have long jump yet (sprint+jump gives you an momentum killing regular jump) so I have a lot of new moves to learn. Enemies seem to be more aggressive as well, I can't even circle strafe without getting hit from behind by another enemy.
I just beat Emily on the new save so I don't have double jump yet.

Her Duke one-liners after killing enemies are nice but there needs to be a cooldown between them, otherwise sometimes she says two things at the same time.
Gun ammo pickups: When you have a gun laying around and you have another gun of the same ammo type, you can't pick up the ammo unless you press F on the gun. Make it so you can pick up the ammo automatically would be nice. She actually picks up the ammo if the gun is the same, but not if the gun is different.

k so I bought the game on release and had to wait until today for the mod to be fixed to finally play and spent my whole sunday going at it, it's fine for its price tag but I kind of expected more after all the hype and what was showcased.
My main problem with the game is that the platforming to get the upgrades and chests is shit a lot of the time and the way the game saves the last ground you stood on is iffy at best. I lost 30 minutes of my life trying to get the power up atop the mushrooms in the treetops after beating the hive but the jump is so retarded that if you fail you end up on a trunk with no way back unless you reload, and that's if you even get to it and don't get bugged at the edge of some mushroom falling 5 times in a row without being able to do anything until you die and have to reload anyway. And it's not even this particular jump, sometimes you can't even tell if you're getting the powerups the "legit" way because of both the amount of jump/dash spamming you have to do to reach them (in some cases I've felt like im playing GunZ from all the retarded keyboard mashing to go up walls), and the fact that a lot of the elements you're supposed to use just blend into the background while at the same time there's some platforms near you that look completely fine but you should never ever ever ever ever jump on for some reason else you'll slide off forever and die.
Honetly this is the only game in years that I've considered giving myself a freepass to use noclip to make it back from failed jumps because of how retarded the platforming is.
Also the meadows vehicles are fine but at the same time the enemies that instantly destroy them spawn all the time in hordes of 20+ in that area making them mostly useless for some reason?????? You either use them for 30 seconds following the road and drop them or you try and use them for longer and explode after a bomb doll just spawns in front of you screaming get fucked
