I don't think I am anti-AI by any means, my personal gripe is with people who think the entire creative process will shift entirely to AI which is stupid to me.
I personally rather would try to achieve my vision with my own hands rather than relying on an external approximation based on data that I feed it, but that's a "me" thing that I want to make what I want with how I have envisioned it. I guess the difference is that a human has an idea in their head and will use their skills to execute it, while with AI, the same human has to do a different set of work to try and get the idea in their head to be understood the same way by the AI.
One way you could probably look at it is that AI can be treated the same way as a commissioned artist, which can become tricky depending on what type of data that the AI is trained on and what type of algorithms it has to decipher the prompt. A human generally has more nuanced understanding of requests. It could change, but it doesn't solve an issue that you are relying on an external interpretation of your idea rather than executing your own idea.

AI is not as direct at getting exactly what you had in mind out. This is a frustration for someone with a vision who would otherwise have directly made everything themselves, but any project like a game its not like each developers imagination of what the game would be is the final product, they all have their vision compromised by each others input. So the difference between the main dev prompting the ai through a few iterations or going back and forth with a real artist is going to have little real different to the end user.
