This game has a lot of decapitation and gore, you can instantly win by chopping off someone's head, or lose while wearing plate armour because the lucky sonovabitch managed to lodge his spear in between your helmet and chestplate so now you have to listen to your character gurgle through the game over screen. Guts fly out, you can practically skin people (they don't have to be dead for it) and you can get cleaved in twain. Limbs fly off at the slightest whim, and the game doesn't end there, you can still fight back (briefly) even if you lose your hand, or your forearm, although it was more fun in the old endless abyss demo where it wouldn't game over you as your character succumbs to pain, but instead you had to play around it. Lost an arm? No more two-handing weapons for you. Lost a foot? Get used to a perma limp. Lost a whole leg? Welcome to the crawl zone, don't worry, you won't last long like that.
