Performance-wise, Meganium clears them both out the water. Feraligatr needs a good ability to stand out because it's stretched a little too thin between offense and defense, and Emboar have no real advantage in just using his normal form + Life Orb. Meganium gaining Fairy type and boosting its huge bulk means it is a genuine wall and will be terrifying once it gets an ability, especially if its Flower Veil, Triage, or even Chlorophyll.

Design-wise, yeah, Feraligatr. Emboar's not BAAD, but you do feel like without the flame lance and top-knot, it looks just like normal Emboar. And...nah, the flower turtleneck is...not it, brother. Goofy as the idea as becoming its own mascot, Feraligatr pull it off pretty well and a good showcase of their upgraded animation tech.
Shame that the 4-arms idea seems to have been cut (or not real?). I think that would have really sold me on the look

The 4 arms thing was just for the model. It has an extra set of arms that only appear during its bite, purely for animation purposes. This is 100% standard practice in animation, but retards were using it to shit on gamefreaks coding funnily enough. Its not like theres a million other actually legitimate things to pick apart.

Why do all of the new megas either barely change the way the Pokemon looks, makes the Pokemon look ridiculous and retarded, or both?
