I don't particularly care about the 2D Zelda, because their small sprites don't let their designs shine and they don't get a lot of characterization or screentime.
And I don't like the toon Zelda simply because I dislike the toon style.
Not a fan of OoT child Zelda with that cap that completely hides her hair, but OoT adult Zelda was really pretty. She doesn't get a lot of screentime, but I like what she gets at the end of the game, and she got to appear in Melee.
TP Zelda also has a really pretty design. I think she had more screentime too. Her boss fight was an interesting twist. And she got to appear in two Smash games. She looks especially pretty in Smash 4.
Skyward Sword has a cute design, although I prefer when she looks regal like in previous game. I like her characterization here a lot and she gets a lot more screentime, and her relationship with Link is cute.
BotW/TotK is okay, but I think she's vastly overrated just because she's in the most popular game. Where's the pink dress??? And she gets more screentime but it's almost all flashback.
ALBW is okay in her own game, but she looks super cute in Smash Ultimate. Seeing her next to BotW Link makes me wish for a Zelda game with a Zelda a few years younger than Link.
Missing from the image is HW Zelda which was also fantastic in all regards.
Overall I'd say TP = SS = ALBW = HW > BotW/TotK > OoT > The rest
