Exclusives are objectively a good thing not only for the consumer, but for the market. It creates niches on platforms that allow games that otherwise wouldn't have succeeded or had a chance to form on the broader market, it allows for more experimentation that can actually succeed, it fosters healthy competition, and it allows each manufacturer to focus on certain aspects of their platform and nourish that platform.
PC should have exclusives, Nintendo should have exclusives, Sony should have exclusives, and Microsoft should have exclusives. You should not be able to purchase them on other platforms. Crysis never should have been ported, Sony's first party games never should have been ported, and Microsoft never should have ported any of their games to PC. There's a reason why Nintendo keeps their exclusives close to their chest and the only time they ever ported anything was to specifically get into the Chinese market via the Nvidia Shield because they're PC-only and heavy pirates so they had to try somehow, and even those copies of the games are heavily DRMed and locked down.
The people who want a multiplat future want gaming to die and don't understand the value of each system having niches that allow games to flourish instead of compete in a market they can get no visibility in.
