If your Front Runner has barely enough Stamina, they will kill themselves fighting other Front Runners at the start of the race. Now you have to be able to tank Rushed, stamina debuffs, and the Spot Struggle stamina consumption increase. So Front Runners have harder stat requirements. And that, the Dueling boost, and the increased Last Spurt speed all scale with Guts so it's relevant now. How relevant, we'll see.

Given that JP had more powercreeped cards when these changes were made this seems we are now in a completely fresh meta. All the cattle that relied on streamoid to prechew their information will be left out to dry.
