She has the best headshot melee in the game. You can get up to 5 kills at once in regular mercs and more in no mercy. She comes ready to go so no need to worry about ammo or health. I like to fill the empty spot with flash grenades because she can get a lot of time by stunning large groups. Her version of the striker is very powerful and the smg is great for melee setups. The taser is also extremely powerful. One of the easiest characters to get a perfect combo with.

I should add that Stars Chris and Stars Wesker are the best in regular mercenaries. Tribal Sheva is the best choice for no mercy because she has plenty of room for health, various grenade launcher rounds and RPGs and she can get crazy amounts of time with proper use of nitrogen rounds. You can end matches with over 10 minutes to spare with her. She will probably be the first character that you score over 1,000,000 with in no mercy.

I'll give you that the campiness of the original was missing but the remake has charm in different ways. The shooting gallery was a huge improvement, Luis story was more engaging, the krauser fight was still kino etc.
Quality of life is way better than the original, guns are balanced better, you get most of your money back when selling so your actually incentivized to try new things. Really the only thing holding this game back is the voice acting and Leona derpy face model

RE4 was a game that while good, had a lot of flaws and set pieces that dragged for too long and could only be improved (which RE5 did).

I don't see how a RE5 remake could improve that considering how the remakes technically are having LESS CONTENT than their original games.
