Fuck I love Okami. Don't wanna be like that guy who cried over Luke skywalker on YouTube, but I unironically shed some tears when they announced the sequel. Seeing Okami get a live band to play the music for the trailer was soul touching.
I'll tear up from time to time, either from happy or sad. I'm a big sucker for big happy endings against impossible odds, even something like Ace Combat 7 got the water works going for a minute. Something sad would be like Karlach in BG3 after she kills Gortash and reality sets in that she's still going to die because she was sold down the river.
Only time I've full on cried is Katawa Shoujo.

Infamous 2. I’ve gotten emotional from other games like TWD but Infamous 2’s “bad” ending the only singular time a game has made me WEEP. Goddamn.

Finishing and specifically the microwave tunnel in MGS4 after waiting literal years to see how the story would conclude, on release, on our family's first big flat screen TV and new PS3.
FFVI on SNES used to fuel my kid imagination a lot and I felt emotions about it.
Tales of Symphonia was probably the last game or RPG that I got emotional over before I became a jaded adult.
Don't think I ever cried though. Just felt feelings.
