I didn't find anything that was too shocking.
The xenophobia thing Baguji mentions. That was 100% fault of the localizers.
The bell of Indecision has a bit of an iffy translation, though it's not there were anything better alternative for the word "madoi".
The translation had removed from Klonoa's "Dream Traveler" ephithet as he's referred to as the "Dark Dream Traveler". Meant in the sense that he's a mysterious figure that appeared from the shadows. Possibly meant to be similar in the way how Ghadius called him a strange dream" in DtP.
Most of the changes are really minor and don't make much of a difference though.
