I can see that argument for vague number ratings like 2/5, but if it's an actual review, people use those to learn about a game and make an informed purchasing decision.
If you leave the review as is, it would be giving new people false info.
A good compromise would be to add an edited section covering what changed and point out that the review is for a previous version of the game, so they know what the devs did originally and what changes were made.
Gives an accurate representation of the current state of the game without leaving out what issues were allowed to make it in originally.
