The reason you have bad posture is because you are breathing incorrectly, usually from sitting wrong, most people that have this try to breathe from the lower part, near the stomach, so your upper body has to lower so it can expand.
But if you breathe from the upper part, your body will naturally stand up so the lungs can expand properly. There, issue solved. Just learn to breathe like a normal person.

I love pseud health posts so much. You get millenials posting this earnestly on their linkedins about how it's a gamechanger and fixed their life, meanwhile you look up their name and discover they're nepobabbies set for life.

Be careful when learning this and not making yourself hyperventilate. Other than that kino advice that makes it easy to envision what to do other than: "breathe properly with ur stomach bro".
Fun fact. Humans have the most airway when the ear is aligned with the top of the ribcage, which explains why a lot of people get "gamer neck" since they breathe better that way.

who made this retarded image. A person lying flat on their back with a pillow has their head pushed slightly up.
You don't raise the head but the upper body, which allows the head to roll back a bit.
the indication lines only make sense because this is a fat fuck
