Probably just the plasma beam, or maybe not. I'm just spitballing here, but I think that the player is gonna be able to switch out what secondary weapon they use. Like, say you equip the missiles and now it's mapped to the x button. Then you switch to the flame icon and now the plasma beam is mapped to the x button. I noticed at this part of the trailer she's able to move backwards while exiting ball form. I replayed Prime 3 earlier in the summer & Prime Remastered not long before that and I'm pretty sure that that wasn't possible before, you could only move forward I believe
Between this, how much quicker the transition seems to be (based on the very first gameplay trailer) and some other impressions I've read from people who've played the public demo (in which iirc it was said that you can dash in any direction as opposed to only laterally) I'm interested to see what the movement is like, it seems like they're making a lot of changes in that regard

That is obviously the case. What did you expect? The top one is from the first reveal, which showed exclusively SW1 footage. But since they anounced the switch 2, they have only showed footage of the SW2 version.

It still looks great for a switch 1 game.

Honestly considering buying the switch 1 edition just because of the box art, even though I'm planning on buying a switch 2 for kirby. Dedicated Directs seem more suited to games like Splatoon, Mario Kart or Kirby Air Riders where the point is having a ton of different playmodes and variations, therefore there's more to talk about in a Direct.
