not really, now yes it is a far sight better now than it was on launch and has some interesting characters that got added in the later seasons, keyword later seasons, the early characters are at best bland or at worse terrible, and the model quality is all over the fucking place but usually the early ones look really bad with the newer ones looking much better.
Actual gameplay, well it better but the v system was never good, few characters actually used it to any good effect, many straight up only have one viable option and many feel handicapped when they don't have it active, so the game is just kinda full.
SF6 for all it's fault had a miles better launch and it's base system actually feels like it had some thought put into it which reflects in how SF6 is more popular than SFV could ever dream of.
But SFV Dan is the best Dan so that's something.
