only played an hour the UI seems... bad. the location tab is way too cluttered and information overload imo.

The same can be said for all kinds of games that sucked, look at any recent niche audience release. People buy it and give a positive review for reasons other than quality.

Consider how long these games take to play. These people are leaving those reviews without even completing one campaign, never-the-less seeing how well it holds up for playing multiple counties.

It plays well on my 4090 and intel 13900K but it still hiccups because the game is an unoptimized mess. Playing on full speed with cloud save enabled is shit. However, it’s nice that they added an option to run it on low settings right from the Steam library. But it’s still playable and pretty fun.

i hate paradox map games, no kign ever had to max out diplomatIc points or look at a fucking spreadsheet they did hat they wanted and used real diplomacy(talking to people to do it) and then after 20 years they died. i have been sat playing portugal for the past 5 hours waiting for the date to hit 1437 so i can maybe start doing some actual colonizing
it took the best part of like 60 fucking years just to get madeira watching the completion percentage go up by 0.04 per month
other than that, literally nothing else has happened
i do not desire any lands in morocco because i dont have the max levies nor patience to be constantly fighting arab revolts and reconquests just so that i can eventually get more income around 1600
