at most it might make it more difficult for entities to host large servers but if server cluster technology was a focus with hundreds of users hosting smaller servers there's nothing that any of these corpo slimeballs can do about it, it isn't feasible to sue hundreds of randos and even if they stop hosting a server there's a hundred more to take their place.
