Using average stats and promoting at level 20, Charlotte has the following stats at 20/20

Comparing this to the other characters that have fighter as a default class option, they have the following stats at 20/20 (if they need to reclass to reach fighter it's assumed they reclass upon joining). I'm only comparing berserker because if you're using Charlotte and not making her a berserker you're gimping her, it is very possible to get a better performing unit through skills from hopping around in other classes. Corrin is excluded from consideration.

Offensively she will be one of the strongest and fastest units of your options for a berserker, her only issue is her skill which you can fix with a secret book since those aren't in nearly as much demand as energy drops or speedwings. If you want her to kill shit she absolutely will, but again she can make an amazing unit even better without ever having to fight so it's incredibly common to never have her see combat.
