I'm 32 and let me give you some advice, unc to unc; stop playing vidya and focus on another hobby. I play maybe 1-2 hours max a day and it has gotten me to care a lot more about new (good) releases. Just take a breath, focus on something else for a while, and treat vidya for what it's supposed to be; a relaxation, a stress relief.
