it isn't just ticking a box, you need to physically own an up to date mac (can't be an older version) so it can run a licensed copy of xcode, import the game into xcode and then recompile it, it's expensive and a pain in the dick

Because doing that requires a mac and even if it really did just take a ticking another box they would still need to bug test it to make sure it all works properly. macs are expensive and given that h-games aint exactly super profitable its probably not worth the investment buying one to insure mac compatibility. Just pick up a cheap laptop from a pawnshop and it will run 99% of porn games.

Every single time I met someone using a mac for work because "it is better" the guy was a dumbass that I wouldn't trust as a professional of their field.
Which is not to say that I didn't find professionals using them, but they at least admitted it was because the people they worked with could only work on macs and hated it.

I literally use Libreoffice for all my office needs barring things I need to share with other people, then I just use Google Drive). Microsoft hasn't added functionality to Office since the days of Windows 7. It's not a surprise that LibreOffice is almost at parity with Microsoft Office considering that fact.
