Sometimes.
They've done amazing things.
Feel like they're doing some soul searching in the current year, where they're making new games in classic series or remaking classic titles and they're just absolutely ripping the soul out of them while trying to appeal to the mass market.

not completely alone. They did nerf R mika, and pushed a little on Cammy, but they ALSO saw that they were getting no sales demand for tranny shit AND were getting only more complaints from the fuckers. Actual trannies made it clear with their dollars that they wanted coomer shit as well.

Capcom has some pretty high highs, but they're on a low streak right now. Maybe in 10 years when their stock is down again they'll go back to what works.

You know there's a Capcom executive out there somewhere kicking himself for not pandering with Poison sooner than Arcsys did with Bridget. He looks at the nearly sold out $200 Bridget hoodie and countless figures they churn out and contemplates seppuku. In an alternate timeline, Poison is the big trans icon and all of the tranny secondaries flocked to SF6 instead.
