This Game Is Boring As Fuck
More than 10 hours in, and it's so fucking boring. Always mundane do-nothing tasks. No sense of urgency, why not move sacks of flour and get involved with nobodies! It was kind of hard combat which made it fun, but now that I have a hound and master strike it's like the Arkham games where you can win all fights by just button mashing. Stupid fucking inventory management. And the worst fucking thing is Henry is a fucking doofus. You have to choose what dumb shit comes out of his mouth by reading it, then hearing his dumbass say it. Oh, the script was longer than anything in video game history? Is that a good thing?!? Half of the conversations go fucking nowhere and could have used an editor to cut it out.
Why? Is it sunk cost fallacy of people who stuck with this boring shit long enough that they feel compelled to complete it? I haven't had a single fun or interesting mission yet.
It feels like there could be a good game under all this bullshit, but no. It's like trying to give a good looking woman a chance, and then realize she's annoying as fuck and you actively hate spending time with her.
