I recently played and finished Cyberpunk for the first time

It really isn't fine when the gameplay itself doesn't feel meaty, I get stopped in my tracks every 30 seconds to watch a 1.5 immersive cutscene which really takes me out of the game rather than make me feel like wow I truly am in NIGHT CITY
Gameplay was fine, I liked the stealth but yeah, the stealth is about 15% as good as it is in proper stealth games like Chaos Theory

I played on PC and clipping through the floor after a big jump/aerial smash would softlock me in a perpetual falling animation that often needed loading a 30 minute old save to fix. It was common and very annoying.

Lol. Lmao even. I played it yesterday and I could still make a small compilation of the bugs I encountered. Visual glitches, the vehicular bugs, you get into a stopped car, and the car teleports / immediately starts driving at high speed with no further input, I killed Hansen, and he teleported out of my hands as he was dying. One session, yesterday.

Honestly, I played and finished it a few months ago its... fine?

Like the game does almost nothing very well and does a lot of things just fine.

Story is fine, didn't really grip me or have many "oh shit" moments.
Gameplay is fine - combat is passable with some cool tricks but feels bland in the long run most of the time I would just try to avoid it if possible.
RPG wise it's not even fine, it's barebones - some customization, some variance in how you can play your character, but nothing major, you're V and you either hit things or shoot things.

It being cyberpunk and cyberware being a huge thing in the game and story, you'd assume they would have expanded the system more, but now it's essentially "95% of these give you a stat bonus" with a few actually adding gameplay changes (which are also usually mutually exclusive). The cyberware isn't even visible on the character - you see a full game of crazily moded fuckers and all you have is the same few lines on your face.

The city and world is interesting, but you literally can't really interact with the most interesting parts of it. No flying cars, no extreme augmentation, no fuckery with the net except for a few short linear missions, nothing really cool in general.

The gameplay is fine but the story is complete nonsensical dogshit with massive plotholes and Keanu Chungus is one of the most annoying characters in gaming. It also has constant 10 minute long unskippable GTA sitting in a car talking to people cutscenes in between every 30 second bout of actual gameplay. Running/driving around the open world and doing side missions and random events is actually a ton of fun and there is some borderline immersive sim gameplay in some areas but you are constrained by a 13 year old's fanfic on-rails story.
