I want to see a battle-fuck tactics game - the usual trappings of grid-based tactics (with low complexity) but the attacks are fucking, flanking turns into a gangbang, etc. I also had the thought of a pseudo tower defense game along similar lines.
In both cases the goal is to always have something titillating on screen but the player still needs to be continuously thinking which is ideal for putting oneself in that "flow state" of jorking it without reaching the edge. That seems to me to be the clear ideal of a porn game rather than just slapping porn and game together, letting them take turns or whatever, and calling it good.

Yes. You can currently use Gemini Pro 2.5 for free and that's as good as the best paid models. Local models pretty much all suck and are a waste of time, you need a corporate model to do anything complex.

You could technically trying and get into a proxy to use other big models for free, but that's more complicated. There's also other free big models but Gemini's generally the best to use currently.
Just be aware there's a big learning curve to start with, but it's worth it. This thing can even do TTRPGs with full rules semi-decently.
