It's rather barren compared to Neighbor to be fair.
But then again, UN is the gay game with most content by far, all guys have 50+ unique CGs, with multiple sex scenes each where you can choose to either top or bottom and CGs changing to show that etc.
Even the backgrounds are all drawn unlike so many VNs where it's just real pictures blurred, and there's a fuckton unique to each guy as well.
Office so far feels like 1/4 of UN content and no sex scenes
Office did try to add some RPG elements like managing time, clothing, skills, money etc. but it gets REALLY grindy eventually, at least the dev added a story mode like UN to it where you just complete each guy on demand
