Just finished my best Unity run yet where I didn't lose any races (besides my trainee jobbing against Team First but the other girls won) and I didn't get 1000 speed. Good stats otherwise though. Shouldn't press blue balls on Power if you're borrowing MLB Riko since she gives you like 100 Stamina + whatever she gives you through her events. I think the important stats on support cards for this scenario are Training Effectiveness, [Stat] Bonus, and Mood Effect. You're not getting as much value out of Friendship Bonus in my experience. Specialty Priority is "honestly, who gives a shit" in a way.
Now I have to decide whether I gamble my 3 borrows on Cowlet actually giving my Race Planner or bite the bullet and borrow Rice. Truly hell. I will probably end up not using an Aoharu ace this CM.

More stats, the two main girls show up up the Finals and if you beat them you get 60 skill points, and some more stats + a gold hint for a skill based on your team name. Also if you're using the Riko pal card and maxed her out she'll give you another 20 Stamina and Guts.

I don't get this mode at all. You can play your cards right yet the stats don,t reflect it at all. It's like you're completely at the mercy of RNG, you have 0 control over the outcome. Ignore the skills, just used this unusable run to get the 12 skills objective.

At least in Ura you have control over where your good trainings are generally gonna land. In this mode your cards have a lot less influence since Spirit bursts can happen anywhere. That and you can't just get lvl 5 Speed facility in Early Classic.
