Just recently 5 pass recolors were in the shop for Halloween, 4 of which were in the Halloween 2024 pass

You need to have bought the Founders upgrade. It can be 100 OR 150. You can save up to 3 daily V-Bucks missions with the caveat that you physically login to Fortnite and enter the Save The World gamemode before the shop refreshes for the day. You can reroll a Founders mission once a day.
