Windwaker - introduced overly cartoonified art style and filled open world with an empty ocean and mindless sailing.
Twilight Princess - Clearly took the criticism from Windwaker too far Pendulum swung far too hard down the dark and drab art style missing the contrast of both dark and bright from previous Zelda games. Dumbified dungeon items to just be glorified dungeon keys. The items lost their general utility and instead only do specific one-off gimmick functions and generally weak useless or anywhere else. The dungeon items from previous Zelda games either aided traversal, combat, utility, etc that made the game more interesting as you progressed.
Skyward Sword - Took the worst aspects from Windwaker and Twilight Princess and put them together in one game. Dungeon design went out the window as well with uninteresting puzzles and linear level design.
BOTW - No more dungeons. No dungeon items, just randomized looting. All weapons/shields breaks faster than the Biggoron sword from OOT. How is this even considered a Zelda game at this point?
TOTK - Okay fine, what ever this game is, it isn't too bad. A lot of cool unique mechanics like fusion and vehicle crafting. But still not anything close to a Zelda game. I guess they kinda just gave up on making Zelda games and just kept the same name for what ever
