Undertale is game where you play as a They style human character meaning a character who is neither male or female yet can act if They is both. And the premise of the game is subversion essentially. Humanity is evil, monsters are innocent, it has RPG mechanics but you are shamed if you defend yourself from aggressive monsters attacking you. And the whole story operates on the idea everything is a repeating loop so you have a few characters who are self aware about the mechanics of the game and story which again aren't good. I don't find entertainment in being told monsters are good and that if a monsters attacks you have to not fight back and you need to use an obnoxious mercy mechanic. It all feels like shitty liberal writing trash by annoying shitty people.

And speaking of Undertale Toriel is a disgusting character. She's the Queen of the Monsters humans killed her son and her response is to hate and shame her husband for logically getting angry the murderers of his son. How this bitch became so popular makes me angry. She's written as a traitor to her own species. Seeing her care more for random humans in-universe than her own blood left a bitter taste. And the other characters aren't any better.

Never played Deltarune because I hated Undertale but from what I see the characters are ass. Ralsei is a faggot. Noelle is a stupid dumb lesbian bitch who if you turn her straight you are considered for doing it but of course the game makes it that the only way to make her straight is abusive. You know locking you into an immoral route. Shit like that.

I can't stand that shitty franchise and wish a hideous death on Toby Fox the creator of it.

It is not that simple. There was a war with death on both sides. Monsters adopt a human child. You play as a human who is capable of great good deeds. It is about prejudice.

It is not this cut and dry. Some of the monsters are blatantly attacking you others are being forced to attack you or don't really know why they are attacking you. You also do not have to go full blown genocide route you can just go through the game attacking monsters that approach you and sans does not judge you that harshly. Have you tried losing the Papyrus boss fight?

Anyway this is a troll post. But the start of the game is so brilliant. The fact that you fight flowey first which colors all other monster encounters. What if you had encountered Toriel first? Would more people have been nonviolent? So interesting.
