I have the same question. I can make Umas that never suffer for Wit, Guts, and Stam now but power and speed are lacking (for pvp). And if I skimp on Unity Trainings, there's a very real chance of losing that event anyways. Are these layers of rng on purpose for Unity? Is unity just fucked until the changes come in?

Do you even need Groundwork with Bourbon? Taking the Lead pops right away now so it seems it would be smarter to focus on getting other skills.
