Does MK8 still have online players? More than World? Which one is more fun? I got MK8 for WiiU and didn't want to buy the same game a second time but I've been wanting to play some Mario Kart lately.

MK8D is better than World and still has a very active playerbase on worlwide, but World will get more content

I didn't really enjoy Air Riders, I'm gonna try the GameCube game later.

I still think Mario Kart World is miles better and MK8 is the definitive game if you want to get a complete package. All Nintendo has to do is be lazy and take every track from MK8 including the booster pack and just shove it into Mario Kart World with small tweaks for the parkour and rail grinding. The movement is fantastic.

Sadly I think the bar they set for themselves with the track size and density means we won't have anywhere near the course count of 8. They have to make them all fuckhuge and detailed, plus most likely make new intermissions for all of them. I have a feeling 200cc will fix a lot of the issues I have with the game, though, so I'm hopeful for that
