I'd never get a tattoo full stop. Its a brand marking you as retarded and lacking foresight or self respect. When most of the population see it that's what they think of you, that you are stupid and ridiculous or it reminds them of their regret in having made the same retarded msistake. Dude you're posting on 4chan. I wouldn't be surprised if most people who post/lurk here would never want that fact to be shared to normal people they know in real life.
If a person starts trying to connect about epic 4chan memes you probably won't want to know that person. Even that Japanese game Steins;Gate made a big point of one of the main characters being super self-conscious of others knowing they use 2channel (what 4chan is based off).
