I'm not the person who decides whether people who get struck down on steam are allowed to keep their game listing up regarding violations of steams greenlight process. My gut feeling says no they can't get away with that. But there may be channels to correct it,I've just never personally witnessed it. I've seen this thing happen before and then games disappear after that, Valve can be pretty strict on no tolerance for if someone is found to be in violation of abusing their platform.
