Sorry, you're just wrong. Given how retarded you are you probably broke something yourself and that's why you keep needing to "fix" things.
All SKSE does is provide functions for mods to call in scripts. Unless they massively change these functions (which they don't) the mods don't need to be updated at all.
Again, I'm using a mod that uses SKSE and was originally compiled for Skyrim LE and it works fine in AE. No amount of Bethesda's patching or SKSE updates since then have resulted in that mod breaking. Because that's the reality of mods for Skyrim. Only shit that fucks with the engine at a low level gets broken by patches. Normal mods will handle updates fine for the same reason the base game does. There's no technical difference between the content of the base game and the content of a mod and yet the patches are not GBs in size because Bethesda is constantly having to update their base game every time they update their engine. That's just not how this shit works.
