Why don't you live in an area where it gets cold? Your body needs different temperature ranges in winter compared to summer.

Why wouldn't it hold on much longer? It's a GPU. The only moving part is the fan and that can easily be replaced.
The only reason you'd have to start worrying about it dying is if you get artifacts on the screen while gaming.
