not op but my 1080ti's thermal paste shit itself to the point where the card was unusable. replaced the paste and it ran good till it died 6 months later. no artifacting, just stopped working one day
i think my GPU is finally dying, i get occasional complete hardlocks, not even while playing vidya sometimes
