I wish I was able to play DDR when it was big, but I was only able to play a little bit and sucked at it even though I loved it
Then I got a home setup with a PS2 around 8 years ago and lost a bunch of weight

You can't pirate the dlc. If you want to try the dlc songs without spending that much you can pay for the pass. You get a bunch of rotating dlc songs to play and you can also play any dlc song that the host picks in online rooms.

It’s embarrassing and cringe and as other have pointed out, completely against how the game was meant to be played.

All I’m saying is do the same song with and without the bar. You will notice that doing it without is a completely different, more difficult experience. But the plus side is you move your body in a way more natural to how a human is actual supposed to move, engaging your core and learning how to control your body through the rapid steps instead of just barely moving your feet left to right as “meta” as possible.

I don’t need to loose weight. I played DDR as a teen and bought a metal pad to play at home. It’s a good substitute for running on a treadmill for cardio; it’s much more enjoyable.

It’s just a part of my regular gym routine.

Take any bar fag and have them play without the bar and I guarantee
you they will be out of breath halfway through the song and unable to keep up.
