Some sort of midquel, between BBS and the Keyblade War, completely original cast (with more girls), one character has No Heart and seems like the bad guy but isn't, and one character is probably Luxu in a new body but it isn't clear.
The plot is something like a conflict between two different groups of keyblade warriors that had no idea the other existed until recently - they're based in different parts of the universe, like one's in 2d disney and the other's in 3d pixar or something. You play as both, switching back and forth, and they play differently, like one gets shotlocks and drive forms, and the other gets command styles and maybe their keyblade armor is this modular power armor system. Each gets advantages in their 'territory,' like maybe there are supply caches or they have allies, like when the pixar guys are in Moana they get Maui as a party member, and the disney guys in Hunchback of Notre Dame get to use the church or the Court of Miracles as a safe haven.
I'm thinking a base party size of two keyblade wielders, your guy and your guy's friend, so that you appreciate the guest party member in the third slot, but you get combination attacks with your friend. It becomes clear over the course of the game that someone is trying to manipulate the two groups into fighting, and it's eventually revealed that it's one of your supporting party members. The final boss is against him, and you play as that side's player character, and the other side's player character and his friend are your party. At the end of the boss fight, you do a spectacular three-person combination attack to kill him.
Or you could just do a reprise of KH1 but it's a comic book this time or something
