What if they just recognize that sexualization that comes from chinese game devs is just a marketing ploy made to lull the gullible into false security so they are more willing to spend money on a Chinese product that they otherwise wouldn't have? Anything that comes from China should be scrutinized for its marketing tactics, with the self awareness that China is fully taking advantage of the western consumer culture, and like Japan, is using it as a means to get revenge on American hegemony. Interestingly enough, Japanese products that are localized and produced for America are short stocked, card games like pokémon and yugioh, gunpla, all that, it's all commoner's hobbies, but in America, those same products are short stocked and thus create a market value where certain products, even individual cards or parts, can cost multiplicatively more, sometimes even hundred of American dollars. I think it's just sage to say that eastern horny is just bait, and gachas are the ultimate proof, most gachas font even have real gameplay, just knock off mechanics from other games poorly implemented into the waifu collector simulator, and I think people are finally wising up to it.
