When I get to go full combo I can reliably end on Deadnamer with 3 mats (1 eclipse twins),1 mat Duo Drive, cross, UF Zexal and Protos as long as I open the Onomat part of the deck (that is to say I open one of the non-bricks). If I don't open any my end board is Deadnamer + Duo D + cross.
There are many variants that I found: FTK with Numeron Dragon, turn skip with Feather Duster and Tellar and going 1st Cooombo,

Ice Barrier's endboards are really annoying but they do actually need to work their way there. Dinomorphia doesn't really. It's got a lot of its own downsides for sure, but also it flips a trap and summons Rexterm.

Even going first things are very fragile to handtraps. Granted I don't think my deck is the absolute best version of itself it could be, but there's not much grinding for URs I can do.
