Yeah. UT4 in general was heavily predicated on the belief that the community would heavily shore up development. Of course, this didn't pan out, as most of the people interest in making maps for UT continued to do so for UT99, and anyone interested in learning UE4 were doing so for their own personal projects.

Because OldUnreal specifically asked for Unreal and UT99. I'm sure if they asked for UT2004, they'd probably get that as well. Personally, I'm holding out hope for the possibility, as they teased that they were working on something else that they'll disclose more details on after they finish their current update for UT99 patches.
