This guy is everything wrong with skyrim's quest design philosophy.
People just come up to you and give you quests for no reason.
Most people who played the game had dozens of quests in their journal they never meant to start and never finished because of this shit.
You bombard the player with things they never sough, forced too many at once and therefore have little desire to finish any of them since it's just clutter and instead play for some time doing their own thing until they get bored do a quest line or two like College, DB, Companions and quit.
