Case you haven't been paying attention, covid made a lot of people realize how fucking expensive everything is which is why everyone is just taking care of pets aka furbabies for the past 5 years now. Not saying I'm going to tell every couple to not conceive but this is how it goes for many people now I've noticed.

The combat isn't shitty either. It's really well made and later kicks your ass if you don't spend resources to power up your attacks with Focus, which allows huge gap closers, and every attack you do must be calculated based on durability which means you have to account for placing good hits, but is still very much skill based.
The story is also really good.
