This was a satisfying SA/SO. Turns out you can prevent any secondary infections. I threw a coin in the stairwell to delay the dumb woman who walks down to stand in his path.
No speedruner bullshit tediously figuring out the exact right places to shoot to make the guards run out of your path, just coins and disposable scramblers together with some good routing.

Regular Hokkaido is a good SASO too. The morgue guy's drug controller is conveniently on the path to the heart, Yuki shows up at the sauna just after you get there and clear the guys out of it, then the snowmobile is right there to exit. And there's hardly anyone you need to sneak past.
