If this was literally any other company, I would actually be alright with it takes fucking forever to release because it meant that they were trying to make it perfect on release day. But since its Bethesda, I know that the game would still be an underbaked, buggy piece of shit even if it was in development for a hundred years. Bethesda really is a horribly run company

Games have gotten too big and complicated for their own good. It's all bloat. The quality of the games hasn't improved in like 20 years, the graphics only marginally in the last 10, but they now take 3 or 4 times as long to produce as they did in 7th gen.

I'm pretty sure from the start they said that it wouldn't even start development until they finished Starfield. They only announced it super early to shut up people that kept asking for it.
