Just third world things. Low IQ means low impulse control which leads to outbursts. Europe has to contend with Russians and despite them being infamous for being ragers the one that raged the hardest against me was a Turk. Spammed my steam page like 15 times with all manner of death threats and whatnot and the only thing I really did was call him a dog after he raged in all chat.
