It's gotta be Las Venturas, it's the only logical next step
>7 related to lucky number
>only city they haven't revisited yet
>lots of iconic places to explore
>gambling and degeneracy galore

You forgot Anywhere City and San Fierro

Liberty City again, and the entire state around it this time. As the cycle goes.

>Las Venturas

This could be a possibly too, since GTAV didn't have Las Venturas like GTA: San Andreas did....

Technically true but everyone knows San Fiero existed as San Andreas in the original game

Problem is there's literally nothing in Las Vegas except the strip, unless you want to explore endless miles of desert, and we have RDR for that.

Liberty City again, by the time it comes out most of the underpaid interns who coded it will have been born after the release of GTA4.

GTA 6 would probably be the last GTA I'm interested in ever, they'll just go back to the boring cities again after that and have basically ruled out doing anything interesting with the franchise which is so funny to me

Alright, true, seems like I was the only one that didn't actually know San Andreas in the original game was actually San Fierro, but I'll brush that off to me being a kid when I last properly played GTA 1, I always just attributed the map in 1 to being Los Santos for some reason.
But still, they haven't revisited Anywhere City which could really make for a killer setting, an ACTUAL sandbox cyberpunk game made by devs that are pretty competent in making open world games would sell like hotcakes in this day and age.
Never going to happen though, pretty sure Rockstar deemed GTA 2 as a failure and they probably largely attribute the setting to its failure.
