Probably some of the only games I've bought that I actually just disliked were Xenoblade 2 and Crystar. I finished the former out of spite but the latter was such a fucking slog

Bioshock Infinite. The trailers had promised more of an RPG, the ability to change things with the time powers, and a stealth element with the big bird. I was a kid at the time, so hadn't wizened up that games could change so drastically.
The game was fine, but all the missing features and feeling of being cheated made it feel worse than if it had been shit from the start.

Fable II and FFXVI

I very rarely buy games day 1 full price and those two were an exception that I truly regret. XVI could've been salvageable if the hard mode was available without NG+

On one hand, Star Ocean 5 was a massive pile of shit and I bought that day one.
On the other hand, while not as bad as a game, I bought the massively overpriced Bioshock 2 CE and that sucked ass.

I bought Final Fantasy 8 for $7.99. I played it for 8 hours to get my money's worth, but no more!

These were the last games I got refunded. Especially Pokemon, that game was pure aids. I clipped out of bounds within the first 30 minutes and fell into the blue void.

If I had to pick one then it would be Tekken 8, my least played Tekken game to date (started at T3), it used to be my favorite gaming series.
On top of that, Namco will not address the issues the community is having with the way the game is being handled, they also stealthily added some in-game store after the game came out, big time scummy.
Least not forget, second worse game aesthetically.

2nd biggest one is Stalker 2, can't believe I spent money on that shit when Anomaly is right there and better in every single way.

Final Fantasy XV and XVI both burned me twice in a row. Shallow combat, absolutely shit tier jrpg mechanics, no builds, no fun levelling or job system like in the previous games. Really mediocre, hope Square Enix can pull their head out of their ass.
Fallout 4 though was genuinely shit, probably the only truly bad game I've bought at full price.
