>Tame violence
Yeah watching your entire family get butchered in the Human noble origin is tame. Or your betrothed in the city elf origin getting kidnapped and raped by humans. Lets not forget all the people you can murder in game. So tame.
>Basically no moral dilemmas
There are.
You can choose whether to start making the dwarf golems again, which is taking their souls and trapping them inside constructs. It helps agaisnt fighting darkspawn but you are literally sacrificing people to make them.
You can also choose to butcher the entire mages circle to end the crisis with the demons taking over their bodies. Killing them ensures that the threat is over but keeping them alive runs the risk that they will fuck up again.
When you help choose the next ruler of the dwarfs, you can pick a guy who is genuinely a douche nozzle but is best for the continued survival of the dwarfs becasue he is willing to make drastic changes, or you can pick the traditionalist who will keep the same flawed polices going that have been causing the dwarven kingdom to decline. The traditionalist is the "nice guy" but is really the worst choice for their race as a whole.
There are so fucking many that I honestly can't be bothered writing it all. Look it up since I know you never played the game.
>Stark line of good vs evil
Not always and that really has nothing to do with something being dark and gritty or not. You are one of those people who thinks that "dark and gritty" means that everything has to be retarded grim derp. I am guessing you are some warhammer faggot.
Anyway, the archdemon and darkspawn are evil. But there are characters like Logain are more morally gray.
>Basically zero swearing
KEK yes because swearing makes something dark and gritty. You are a childish moron.
Basically, you are a retard that has probably never played the game.
